Industrial Ceramic Solutions
CVIC Industrial Ceramics specializes in R&D, manufacturing, and sales of wear-resistant ceramic rollers, ceramic scrapers, ceramic lining bricks, physicochemical ceramics, fused silica products, ceramic tubes, special-shaped ceramics, which can be used in the iron ore pelletizing industry and many other primary industries.
Wear-resistant Ceramic Products - Ceramic Rollers
Currently, there are two types of ceramic rollers are available to our customers from CVIC Industrial Ceramics: ceramic rollers for roller screens and ceramic rollers for belt conveyors. CVIC Industrial Ceramics has over 40 years of experience producing ceramic roller screen rolls, which is one of our exclusive patented products. It has a number of special features, for example, high strength, substantial wear resistance, non-magnetic, non-stick, lightweight and corrosion resistant, etc. It is one of the ideal choices for iron ore pellet roller screens. It is also used in many other industries for screening purposes.
The belt conveyor ceramic roller has many particular characteristics: high hardness, strong wear and corrosion resistance, smooth surface, no adhesion to materials, and a small friction coefficient with the conveyor belt, which reduces the driving force of the hoisting and prolongs the service life of the conveyor belt. The bearing adopts a unique closed structure, and both ends are equipped with oil nozzles, which can be regularly lubricated and maintained, especially for use in a harsh environment. It is an ideal alternative product for the current belt conveyor roller market.

Wear-resistant Ceramic Products - Ceramic Scraper
The ceramic rotary scraper is a unique product for the mixing function of disc pelletizers in the iron ore pelletizing industry. It is a combined structure of steel and ceramics. Compared with the alloy scraper, it has high strength and wear-resistant characteristics, and its service life is more than double that of the alloy scraper.
Applying ceramic scrapers accelerates the speed of pellet formation and reduces the production cost. Currently, two types of scrapers are available on the market: ceramic rotary scraper and ceramic edge scraper.

Wear-resistant Ceramic Products - Ceramic Lining Brick
The ceramic lining brick is a new product made of aluminium oxide as the material, pressed by a large tonnage machine and calcined at high temperature. It has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, high wear resistance, etc. It is widely used in lining pipelines for conveying materials in mines and wharves, the lining of various dust removal pipelines in iron and steel enterprises, and the lining of ball-making trays. The lining brick is a trapezoidal concave-convex structure, and the construction adopts the connection masonry method. It will not crack or fall off when chilled and heated at 800 degrees, and the service life is at least 3 to 5 years, depending on the project type.
Physicochemical Ceramics
Physicochemical ceramic products are essential for industrial testing, scientific research and the chemical industry. Our factory mainly produces crucibles (including ordinary aluminium, high aluminium and corundum), evaporating dishes, mortars, funnels, combustion tubes, combustion boats, C.S crucibles, etc.
Special-shaped Ceramics
Special-shaped ceramics are used in many primary industries for industrial testing, scientific research and industrial parts. CVIC Industrial Ceramics offers a wide range of special shaped ceramic products.
Ceramic Tubes
CVIC Ceramics offers a wide variety of tubes and rods manufactured from high-performance technical ceramic materials, including alumina, zirconia, and silicon carbide. Enhance performance and product life by using the material best suited to your application. CVIC materials professionals will help you choose the best material for your application:
Fused Silica Products
For our well-known fused silica products, CVIC Ceramics uses high-quality fused silica as raw material, which has excellent properties such as low thermal expansion coefficient, high strength, low thermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance. In addition to being used for continuous casting submerged nozzles, it is also widely used in the glass industry, precious metal smelting and other industries.
