What is Double Deck Roller Screen (Feeder)?
This equipment is normallly used to screen oversized and undersized pellets produced by the balling department, transfer them to the firing room and evenly distribute the on-size pellets on the induration machine pallet cars.
The double deck roller screen is divided into an upper deck and a lower deck. The upper deck rollers screen out oversize pellets with a typical diameter of more than 16 mm, and the lower deck rollers screen out undersize pellets with a typical diameter of less than 8 mm. The first roller screen roll is normally an impact roll with a bigger diameter than other rolls.
