Goose Spit is one of the Comox Valley's most popular beaches. It's a great place for beach combing and is a hot spot for swimming in the summer months. The spit is not only home to Goose Spit Regional Park beach. It is also the location of H.M.S. Quadra, the sea cadet camp, and the tip of the spit is Indian Reservation land.
